Šo to var atrast universitāšu pasniedzēju, kuri pasniedz C++, mājaslapās. Piemēram šeit: http://www.zuters.com/courses/courses.html Bija vēl kautkur citur arī, bet uz sitiena neatceros adresi.

Bet nu bez angļu vai krievu valodas zināšanām būs grūti iemācīties C++ nopietnā līmenī.
