Man radushies vairaaki jautaajumi attieciibaa uz OpenGL lietoshanu.
1) Vai ogl ir iespeejams kontroleet monitora refresh rate, ne tikai izskjirtspeeju? Pashlaik mana progra darbojas uz kaadiem 800x600@60Hz, gan monitors, gan videokarte vareetu pavilkt lielaaku refresh rate, vien nezinu, kaa to panaakt.
2) taisu 2d gaami, bet kustiigie objekti it kaa vibree uz ekraana. Ljoti liidziigu (d)efektu ieveeroju vienaa atveertaa kodaa speelee (arii 2d, arii ogl), kura atrodama sheit http://sourceforge.net/projects/sopwithcamel/
Kas to izraisa, un kaa to vareetu noveerst?

Paldies visiem, kas paliidzees :)

P.S. Ierosinaajums adminam: dev.gamez.lv vareetu atveer jaunu sadalju speciaali ogl, taapat, kaa ir sadalja directx, peedeeja laikaa ogl kljuvis visai aktuaals.

1) Opengl vispaar nevar kontroleet monitora izskirtspeeju un refresh rate, par to atbild windows api.
2) Man taa speele neraustaas, un taadu defektu neesmu noveerojis, patestee savu programmu uz citiem kompjiem(vai OS), nevar taa konkreeti atbildeet, iemesls visticamaak ir tavaa kodaa.

VirusXP, Hobitam taisniiba taadaa zinjaa, ka OpenGL nav domaats monitora izskirtspeejas un frekvences reguleeshanai. Tas ir taa lai saglabaatu OS neatkariibu. Prieksh tam izmanto attieciigas OS funkcijas, vai arii SDL. SDL ir OS neaktariigs logu taisiitaajs/pogu lasitaajs/peles kustinaataajs/taimers/viskautkas cits ar diezgan vienkaarshu API, ko parasti izmanto kopaa ar OGL, ieteiktu tev vinjam uzmest aci. Bet attieciibaa uz refresh rate reguleeshanu - to labaak gan nedari savaa programmaa. Tas lai paliek katra lietotaaja zinjaa, izmainot to savos monitora settingos.

Bez tam prieksh 2D kaa reiz SDL buus lielisks, lai gan quadrilaterals jau protams ir aatraak.

Nu nezinu gan cik tas sdl ir labs, vismaz cik redzeetas speeles, kaut vai tai pashaa SF, visur baigais pixelhuntings, nezinu vai ar vinju vispaar normaalu 2d var uztaisiit? Es vismaz savam garadarbam izleemu uzrakstiit spraita klassi un vissu paareejo pats, taa bija gan aatraak, gan pastaav iespeeja izmantot savu kodu atkal kaadaa citaa projektaa jo paliek neatkariiba no biblioteekaam. Vieniigaa bilblioteeka kuru 2d gamei varu ieteikt izmanot ir devIL tekstuuru nolasiisanai.

Es gribeeju teikt, spraiti izskataas robaini un pikselaini. Nezinu vai sdl ir vainiigs, neesmu studeejis tuvaak.

Un domā izmantojot OpenGL nevar uztaisīt, lai spraiti (tekstūras) izsaktās robainas un pikseļainas? Noņem bilineāro filtrāciju nost un pabrīnies. SDL un arī OpenGL ir domāts tikai veids (palīgs?) kā izvadīt pixeļus uz ekrāna. Tas KĀ tu to dari, paliek tavā ziņā - vai pikseļi būs nofiltrēti vai nē.

Nu nezinu gan cik lielam konsolju fanaatam jaabuut lai ar opengl uztaisiitu pikselainu bildi, tur pat iipashi jaapapuulas.
